Five providers, one workspaceA busy agent or growing workflow can change your bill. Enable spike alerts to catch unusual reported increases during the day.

Clear reports for your next decisionA clearer view. An earlier heads-up.
AiBill checks newly reported costs against each provider’s recent daily pattern. A spike can trigger a warning while today is still in progress.
Detection depends on when providers report costs. Seven days of history are required; alerts do not stop usage.

A warning, not a spending limit. AiBill does not stop provider usage.
A forecast based on the last seven complete days helps you see where your current pattern could lead. Review it alongside your budget before the month is over.
An estimate based on reported costs, not a prediction of sudden usage changes.
A straightforward start
Follow the setup for your provider. Most use a dedicated key; Google AI Studio uses a guided Google Cloud connection without a service-account key.
AiBill fetches reported costs hourly. Explore your overview, provider breakdowns and reports, with source refresh times visible.
Set your budgets, enable spending spike monitoring, and choose email or Telegram notifications. AiBill checks incoming reported costs in the background.
An informed connection
Follow the permissions explained in each provider’s setup. OpenAI supports a restricted usage key; other key-based connections can require broader administrative permissions. Google AI Studio uses keyless Google Cloud federation.
For key-based Hosted connections, your browser encrypts the key for AiBill’s fetching service. That service decrypts it to read costs. You can disconnect a source in AiBill and revoke its key or federation access with the provider.

A few things worth knowing
AiBill supports OpenAI, Anthropic, OpenRouter, xAI and Google AI Studio (Gemini Developer API). Solo includes up to five connected accounts in one workspace. Google AI Studio reads an authorized Google Cloud billing view; Vertex AI and personal Gemini subscriptions are not included.
Hosted connections refresh hourly. OpenAI and OpenRouter refresh every five minutes when API-key spike monitoring is enabled. Providers may publish or revise costs later; AiBill displays reported costs rather than a live usage meter.
Yes, for OpenAI and OpenRouter Hosted connections in USD. AiBill imports provider-assigned key names when accessible, with IDs as a fallback. Set independent daily or monthly key budgets, or enable automatic key spike warnings after seven reported days of history. A key name does not automatically identify the application using it.
Yes. Once new costs sync, the background service checks today’s partial spending against the median of the previous seven UTC days. You choose the multiplier and minimum extra amount. One warning per provider, currency and day avoids repeated notifications. Provider reporting delays still apply, and late records can also trigger a warning.
Spending summaries show daily costs and provider breakdowns. Period comparisons show changes between equal-length periods. Budget performance brings targets, reported spending and eligible forecasts together. Download the report’s provider aggregates or budget records as CSV; different currencies remain separate.
No. Budgets track reported costs and can send email or Telegram warnings at 80% and 100%. They do not pause your apps or enforce a spending cap at your providers. Each threshold is recorded once per month; changing a budget does not reset that history.
No. Hosted connections run the fetching service for you. The separate collector is still in development; you do not need it to use Hosted.
No. The seven-day trial does not require a card or turn into a paid subscription automatically. Choose monthly or yearly billing when you are ready. If you choose a paid plan during the trial, billing starts immediately.
Amounts in different currencies stay separate. AiBill does not convert or add them together. A budget tracks costs in its selected currency.
